My sincere condolences to Cyril’s family. I knew Cyril from our years working with the City of St. John’s. He was a pleasure to have around when he came to our office to do a job for us. He loved to have a chat & always spoke so proudly of his hometown on the Cape Shore. Rest in peace Cyril.
