Obituary of Kenneth Murphy

Please share a memory of Kenneth to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great love and sadness that we announce the passing of our dear father and grandfather, Kenneth Murphy, on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025. Leaving behind with cherished memories, his four children, Peggy, Edward Head (Denise), Kimberly and Kenneth; grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley, Carl, Juanita, Jordan, Chase, Arieal and Cash. Kenneth also leaves behind his brothers and sisters; Peggy (Bern, deceased), Wayne (Rosena), Robert (deceased) wife Cathy, Karen (Ken) and his twin brother Gerard. Also left to mourn are his lifelong friend and mother of his children, Doloras and his brother-in-law and best friend, Frank Flynn; as well as a huge circle of other family and friends. Kenneth was a gentleman with a kean sense of music and humour. He always wore a smile at the ready with a little glint of badness in his eye. He and his guitar, povided the lively music that played the backdrop sounds to many of his families memories over the years. A loyal and dedicated father, he tirelessly followed his daugher in the military around the country helping with the kids during courses and deployments, always at the ready to love and support his family. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation on Thursday, March 13th, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Service to take place on Friday, March 14th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Coombs Memorial Chapel. Interment to follow at Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast, Placentia.
