Passed peacefully away, at the Health Science Center, after a brief illness, on
Wednesday, April 8, 2020, Gerard Francis Barron age 62 years of Point Verde, in the presence of his loving wife, of 36 years, Elizabeth Barron (nee Ryan) and his sister Rosemay.
Predeceased by his parents Ronald & Madeline Barron and his In-laws Gregory and Gladys Ryan.
Leaving to mourn his loving wife Elizabeth, brothers Ron (Kit), Peter (Carol Anne), Jerome (Annette), David (Nora), Howie (Darlene), his sisters Martha Welder (Dale); Rosemary Frew (Dave) and Denise Watt (Allan), a large circle of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, relatives and friends and also his God Children: Scott, Jacob and Danielle
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2020 from 2:00 - 8:00 P.M.
Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, August 31, 2020 at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia at 1:00 P.M.

Funerals and burials will be limited to no more than 100 people (including the officiant), provided that physical distancing can be maintained.
THE NUMBER FOR SACRED HEART PLACENTIA WILL BE LIMITTED TO 75 PEOPLE
Visitations are permitted with restrictions and remain limited to 20 people at a time.
You are required to wear a non-medical mask when inside places of worship and funeral homes, except when seated, provided physical distancing of two metres can be achieved between individuals or bubbles, in accordance with the Special Measures Order.
Those symptomatic or self-isolating are not permitted to attend. This includes returning travellers who are self-isolating.
Visitation and Funeral services to be held at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia at a date to be determined.
