Obituary of Myles Jude McGrath

Passed away suddenly on March 7, 2023 in the presence of his loving father and his Uncle David, Myles Jude McGrath age 51 of Patrick's Cove, Placentia Bay. Predeceased by his grandparents Anthony and Cecila McGrath, William & Philomena Bennett, and cousin Wayne McGrath Leaving to mourn with memories to cherish his loving son Bruce (Julia) and his mom Anne, ever devoted father William (Donna), mother Linda and loving sister Belinda (Mark), nieces Hannah and Nicola, his girlfriend Belinda Bennett and a large circle of Aunts, Uncles, cousins and extended family and many past co-workers on the Atlantic Enterprise and the Akrik Breaker. Myles took great pride in his hard work on offshore rigs and fishing boats. Anyone that ever crossed his path will surely not forget his quick wits and smart remarks and are likely still laughing. Myles worked on many offshore oil rigs & ships overseas in various countries. Some of those being in the United States (Alaska)m Netherlands, Africa and more, some of the vessels being the FPS Bill Shoemaker (Drilling rig),The Neddrill (Drilling Ship) The AQV1Q (Trawler) the Ocean Breaker (Trawler) the Calvert (Trawler) and many others. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Thursday from: 4:00 - 8:00 and Friday from: 2:00 - 5:00 & 6:00 - 8:00
