So sorry to hear of Uncle Gerald’s passing. Loved visiting and chatting with him on our visits. When he saw me and Lenora coming he would tell Maureen to lock the pantry! Over the years anything I asked he was only too willing to provide, I remember Mrs. Brennan looking for some fresh salmon. I went up and sure enough Uncle Gerald and Tony and Maureen were there to give me the salmon but it HAD to be WEIGHED first to see how much I was getting!! I will always remember him with fond memories. RIP Uncle Gerald.

When we were all younger, I loved to hear Barry sing about the Caribbean after a few drinks, he had a great voice . So when I told him I thought of him when I was there he got tears in his eyes . RIP dear brother in law you will be missed. I’ll miss seeing you when I come home. Love and hugs forever.

We are very sorry to hear of Gerald’s passing. We know how much he was loved by his family and all who knew him.
Our memories of him are mostly Merasheen based during all our summers out there. Himself and Maureen provided lots of treats for the kids and staple items in their summer store. He was always ready for a chat with anyone who happened by the store or the wharf. He will be missed by his family who loved him dearly but are happy that now he and Maureen have been reunited. Our sincere sympathy to all of you at this very sad time. Tom & Theresa Ennis
