Obituary of Mary Pittman

Passed peacefully away on November 11th at Health Science Center, St. John’s, surrounded by loved ones, Mary Pittman (Kelly). Mary lived her later years in Dunville and Placentia, but was born and spent most of her life in Fox Harbour.
She is predeceased by husband Richard (2005), mother and father Thomas and Anne Kelly, mother and father in law Charles & Elizabeth Pittman.
Mary was a mother, a daughter, an aunt and friend to many, but the role she cherished most was grandmother to her pride and joy Evan, Francis and Jacob.
She leaves to mourn her children Charlie (Claudette), Charlotte, Robert and Richard, her siblings John Kelly (Donna), Ellen Kerivan, William Kelly, Elizabeth Bishop (Ernest), Judy Kelly, Thomas Kelly, Michael Kelly (Gladys), Ralph Kelly and Linda Bishop (Brent), special friend and angel who assisted Mary in every way, Josie Baker, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Resting at Coombs Funeral Home Placentia Monday, November 13th 7-9 pm, Tuesday, November 14th 2-9 pm, mass of Christian burial Wednesday November 15th 10:30 am at St. Anne’s church Dunville. Interment to follow at Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast.
