Brooks, Marie -Passed peacefully away at her home in Southeast, Placentia on Monday June 25, 2012 age 91 years. Predeceased by her daughter Mathilda , and her parents James and Annie King, and members of the King and Brooks family. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Arthur (Joe) of 67 years, her loving children Shirley (Bob), Bob (Rose), Art (Theresa), Freeman (Melinda), Florence (Pat), Gerard,Sharon (Roger) , Sandra (Jim), Wayne (Dot) and Hubert, special niece Bernice, 29 grandchildren 39 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, a large circle of other relatives and friends especially special friend Minnie Collins. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Tuesday & Wednesday from 2 - 9. Funeral Mass to take place on Thursday June 28, 2012 at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia at 10:00 a.m , with interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast.
