To the Dobbin family, Iam so sorry to hear of the passing of Billy. I work at the Gateway resident. Every time I saw Billy he would smile and say "Hi, I forgets your name." I would say Kim and he would say"Hi Kimmy how are you today?" Billy was a very quiet person who always said hello no matter where he was. May God bless you and your family in this sorrowful time. Rest in Peace Billy.
