Angie, Kate and Family, My deepest sympathy on the passing of your mother. A great neighbor, the last time I was home for Paul's father's funeral, she came out to the door to say good bye to me as we were leaving to go back to Nova Scotia. I will always remember that, she was not in the greatest health but she made the effort. Some of my best memories were when your sisters and their family would visit from "the states" it provided great excitement for the whole block. She will be greatly missed. Take care and best wishes to all of you. Lorraine & Paul Hickey, Fort McMurray

Angie, Kate, Linda, Louise, Diane & Families Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your Mom. There are many great memories to treasure of growing up with your family. From the teenage years to the adult years Mrs. Greene always took the time to say Hello. She loved to sing and play piano, the Scottish dialect was heard loud and clear. Good times were had by all who was in her company. It is sad to lose such a nice lady but relief that her suffering is finally over. She will now serenade the angels. Thinking of you all in the next couple of days. Take care.

To all of the family, my condolances...I remember Great-Aunt Jean fondly, she meant alot to our family and I know she often cared for this one sometimes ill-behaved little girl with kindness and no doubt tolerance when I was young. She touched our lives and won't soon be forgotten. She certainly was a "great" aunt. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Leigh-Ann

Jean Greene the washing machine! I always remember us calling my Nan that when we used to go home to Newfoundland from New York with my Mom and Dad to visit my Nan. I also remember that Nan made the best homemade bread in town and that every summer I ate it for breakfast, lunch and snack every summer (it was sooo good). I'm very thankful that I had a Nan that was kind hearted and was always very patient with us. I wish I could of spent more time as an adult with my Nan and had my children meet her in person. I am thankful that I was left with wonderful memories from my childhood with her every summer. I am saddened that she had to go, but am thankful that she is now resting in peace. I am consoled with the thoughts that my Grampa and my Dad and Aunt Barbara were at the golden gates waiting with their hands to welcome her. We love you very much Nan and may you now rest in peace! Love ~ Your Granddaughter Shannon (Mirra) Fusco & Family
