Obituary of Elizabeth Maher

MAHER, Elizabeth- Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Center on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, Elizabeth Maher of Fox Harbour, age 92 years. Predeceased by husband John and son William; parents, John and Ellen Kelly; sister Margaret; brothers: Thomas, Dennis, James and John Kelly. Leaving to mourn her sons: John (Lorraine) and James (Margo); grandchildren: William (Angie), Andre (Lisa); great-grandchildren: Erica O'Reilly, Katie and Andrew Hollett; sister Ellen Barnett (William); sister-in-law Myrtle Kelly; special niece Ellen Kerrivan (Gordon Power), the Fleming Family, Staton Island, NY; and a large circle of cousins, nieces, nephews and relatives and friends, especially her card buddies and her friends at the Gateway Residence, Dunville. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home on Friday, December 14th, 12-5 p.m., 7-9 p.m.; Saturday, December 15th, 11 a.m. Funeral Mass 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at Sacred Heart Church, Fox Harbour. Interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia.
