WHELAN, Mary Thelma � Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Centre on Saturday December 29, 2007, of Dunville, P.B., age 63 years. Predeceased by her husband Aubrey in March 2006. Leaving to mourn sons Boyd Halfyard (wife Madeline), Brian (wife Eva), daughters Cindy (husband Danny Ring) and Tina, 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three sisters: Kathleen Mulrooney, Jessie Ring, and Matilda Sheppard, six brothers: Randy, Victor, Clayton, Churchill, William and Sam, and their families. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Funeral mass to take place at St. Anne's Church, Dunville, 11 a.m. on Tuesday Jan. 1, 2008. Cremation to follow. Inurnment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia.
