Obituary of Peter McGrath

Passed away on November 13, 2013 in Edson, Alberta, Peter McGrath formerly of Patricks Cove at the age of 79, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Annie McGrath, sisters Jean and Mary, brothers Phil and Billy. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Dot, of 52 years, his daughter Gail (Dan) Keen of Edson, Alberta, his sons Rob (Melissa), of Saskatchwan, Sandy of Saskatchwen, his precious grandchildren Shylo, Jennifer and Joseph, great-grandchildren Hunter and Levi, his sisters Winnie Cleary(Dick, deceased), Carmel Funston (Herb, deceased), also a large circle of relatives and friends, Peter had many friends especially in Happy Valley, Goose Bay where he lived for 43 years and the last 19 years in Edson, Alberta with his family. Cremation has taken place. Viewing at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Friday May 9 from 2:00 - 9:00 . Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday May 10 at St. Patrick's Church, Patricks Cove at 10:00 a.m., with inurnment to follow in St. Patricks Cemetery, Patricks Cove.
