Griffiths —Gerard —Passed away suddenly on Thursday August 7, 2008 Gerard Griffiths, age 45 years at his home in Halifax,of Freshwater, P. Bay.. Predeceased by his father Leo, and his grandparents. He leaves to mourn his mother Margaret, brother Leo, Ken, Dan, & Terry, sisters Catherine (Douglas), Mary Lou (Pat), Diane (Jason), his niece Michaela, his nephews Kyle, Justin, Tyler, and Patrick, his common law partner Sandy Deaveau and her daughter Cathy and two grandchildren Justin and Sara Lynn, also a large cirlce of other relatives and friends. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia at a time to be announced. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, August 11, 2008 at Holy Rosary CHurch, Freshwater at 2 :00 p.m. In lieu of Flowers , donations may be made in his memory to his family, cards are available at the funeral home.
