Lye, Myrtle Mary, Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, St. John's, in the presence of her family on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 age 96. Predeceased by her husband Patrick, her children William, Madonna, Lillian and Juanita, and son in law William Corrigan. Left with loving memories her sons Greg (Theresa), Gus (Karen), Eugene (Joan), and Leonard (Moira), fifteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, her sister and best friend Lillian Antle, brothers Max (Sheila) Whittle, and Tom (Connie) Whittle, sister in law Nellie Whittle, brother in law Pat Ennis and Leo Griffiths. A special thank you to those who visited and supported her during her stay at North Pond Home and to the wonderful staff at both North Pond and St. Patrick's Mercy Home. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation Thursday September 11: 2:00 - 5:00, 7:00 - 9:00, Friday September 12: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 . Funeral Mass to take place on Friday September 12, 2008 at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia at 2:00 :00.
