McGrath, Michael P. (1937- 2008). Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Center, Michael P. McGrath age 70 years of Dunville, P. Bay. Predeceased by son Nicholas (1973), parents John & Bridget, brothers Vincent and Richard, sister in laws Ellen & Elizabeth, father in law Anthony Leonard, mother in law Bridget Leonard, brother in laws Jack Mulrooney & Patrick Leonard. He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 43 years Mary, son Tony (Donna), daughters Michele, Paulette (Greg), Jackie (Jody) Sharon (David), grandchildren Michael, Courtney, Nicholas, Cassandra, Jessica, Kirkland, & Gabrielle, brothers Bernard (Madeline) Adrian & Ambrose (Mary), sister in laws Bridget (Gordon) Traverse, Ida (Dave) Hickey, Judy Mulrooney, & Anne McGrath, brother in laws Jack (Clara) Leonard, special friends Lol Dray , whom he considered as another member of his family, and loved very much, Leo & Linda Miller, Brud & Norma Gosling, Frank & Theresa Kerrivan, Vince & Rose Pomroy, Sybil & the Late Len Hindy, Junior Moore, also a large circle of other relatives and friends, and all the members of the Placentia Fire Dept of which he was a lifetime member of.. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home Placentia on Sunday, November 30th, 2008 4:00 -10:00 P.M., and Monday December 1st, 2008 10:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. and Tuesday December 2nd, 2008 9:00 A.M. - 10:15 A.M. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at ST. Anne's Church, Dunville, at 11:00 A.M. Interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast.
