Passed peacefully away at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on November 28, 2009 Gregory L. Ryan of Freshwater P. Bay age of 89, formerly of Little Paradise, P. Bay. Predeceased by his wife Gladys, sons Denis, Edmund L. & Edmund G, daughters Florence, Justina & Elizabeth, parents John & Elizabeth, brothers Anthony & Peter, sister Marie. Leaving to mourn sons Gerard (Margie, deceased), Denis (Wendy), Garrett, John, Gregory Jr., daughters Anne (Cyril),. Joan (Bernie), Elizabeth (Gerard), & Gladys (Philip), 12 grand children, 5 great grandchildren, brother Martin (Cecilia), sisters Dorothy (Bernard), Mary (Jack, deceased), Kay (James) & Blanche (Joe), and a large circle of other relatives and friends including the staff and residents of the Lions Manor Nursing Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Diabetic Assoc. or a charity of your choice. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at Holy Rosary Church, Freshwater at 11a.m. Interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast, Placentia.
