To Kevin's Family, It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of a dear neighbour, friend and gentleman. Kevin's presence on The Hill was a quiet one, but felt by many. His kind and generous ways with us growing up will always be fondly remembered. Kevin took a keen interest in the young people growing up on The Hill and often shared an encouraging word with us. For Terry, some of his fondest memories of Kevin are of the warm welcome he gave to the children of The Hill who spent many nights enjoying Hockey Night in Canada, Cannon, All Around the Circle and The Red Skeleton Show in front of Kevin's TV His kindness and generosity will always be fondly remembered. For Bev, the memories of Kevin watching over the swimming pool will be cherished forever. Both of us we will always remember that Kevin was the first person to send a reply and a gift when we were married. We have missed Kevin since he left The Hill, but will always remember him as a kind, gentle neighbour and friend. May he rest in peace. With deepest sympathy, Terry and Bev Power Labrador City

Maisie and family, When I think of Branch fond memories come to mind of summer visits to Grandmother Power's house with her beautiful flowers and a trip up the hill to Kevin's house. I only met Kevin a few times but he reminded me of Uncle Gerald, with his old Irish ways, a brother among so many sisters and a good solid man. A good long life of 90 years living in and around a place he loved. May he rest in peace!
