My deepest sympathy to the Follett family. The best memory is the best laugh. We dressed as mummers & visited her. Virginia Patterson had a scare over her face & was told it was the ugliest face I have ever seen. We all laughed so hard & will always have this memory. God Bless everyone. Rose & the Mummers

To the Follett family: I was so sorry to hear of Mrs. Follett's passing. I have such fond memories of her. We have had many nice chats walking home from mass through the years. She was truly lovely. She was a good neighbour and a wonderful family friend, especially to my grandmother Mary (Reg) Collins. She was an example to all of us and she will never be forgotten. I know she will be missed by all of you! Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

To Mrs. Annie's family; My first memory of Mrs. Annie was the day of my Poppy Collins' funeral and I had to bring something over to her from Nanny. (I think it was the newspaper) I was 9 years old. Growing up, I loved any opportunity I got to link into her arm; walk her home and have a chat. One of the last times I did this, she was using a walker and coming home from church. She was cutting across the Nun's garden over the beach rocks lifting her walker as she went. As she got older, she may not have remembered my first name, but referred to me as "Billy's daughter." She was always such a sweet, gentle woman. It's hard to believe that the next time I go home, I won't see her. As Uncle Reggie would say "God bless your Irish heart" Mrs. Annie. God speed. I was saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs.Follet. From the time I would knock on the door in elementary school seeking sponsorship for fund raising to more recently when my family was grieving, she was there. Her friendship to our family will be fondly remembered.

With the fondest memories I think of Mrs. Follett. What a sweet, sincere, gentle woman ♥. It gives me a warm feeling that on the day of her passing, before I had even learned of this news, I had some thoughts from my childhood of being in Mrs. Follett's house when she was ordering from a catalogue I was selling from. She was so warm...so kind...and the flowers she grew reflected her very nature. Growing up across the street, I loved having a conversation with her over the fence...she was such a lady. To her family, you will surely miss her. How blessed you are to have had her for such a remarkable number of years. My thoughts are with you. Please know that I won't ever forget her either ♥

Katie and I would like to express our condolences to members of Annie's family. My mother spoke of her sister, often as we were growing up, and although we only got to meet her in her later years, Annie remained a part of the world Mom shared with us from our earliest days. I'm sure Mom would want us to join her in wishing the family comfort and peace with Annie's passing. --Ken Pittman

“It is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace” Dear Mary, Margaret and family, I was saddened to hear of Aunt Annie's passing. I still fondly remember and am grateful for our formal introduction in 2008. I recall still how awesome it was to meet your Mom. My grandmother, Mary Pittman, often and fondly spoke of her sister in very endearing expressions and I recall the physical resemblance between them was overwhelming to me. I still have the photo that Mary sent and I will treasure it and remember. Thoughts and prayers are with you. Heidi and Family
