Deepest sympathies to the Greene, McGrath families. Lizzie was a wonderful person, she always had a smile & welcomed everyone into to her home. Growing up in lane & going to school & playing with the kids are fond memories. On my vacations home I would speak with Lizzie when she worked at Greene's. In my thoughts & prayers.

To Uncle Leonard and all our cousins, on behalf of our family (Sheila Gale; Pam & Duce Hickey; Tim & Riza Gale and John Gale) we wish to express our sadness over your loss. We all loved Aunt Lizzie for her gentle and caring manner. She was a grand lady with a loving touch. I know Mom has so many fond memories of their times together when they were younger, when Mom looked up to Aunt Lizzie as a friend and respected Aunt. We loved all that came with Aunt Lizzie...her beloved sister Ann and loving and kind Uncle Leonard. Even after the passing of her first husband, my Grandmother's brother, she continued to be a much loved member of our family and in later years, when Uncle Leonard joined us, he too became family and an honorary 'Uncle'. May she rest in peace now, free from pain. She will be missed but never forgotten.

Dear Marilyn, Roslyn, Leonard & the rest of the Greene/McGrath family....Please accept my condolences on behalf of your Dear Mom/Wife/Aunt/Sister-in-law. Mrs Lizzie lived to be a great age. She was well-loved in this world and now is gone to her Sweet Repose with Our Saviour. She was a lovely woman who always had a smile.Whenever she'd see me she'd always loved to have a chat .She was always interested in how I was doing and gave me much support and encouragement. I know you will all miss her terribly but as you come together to celebrate her well-lived life you will find much solace in memories shared with her.She was always good-humoured and enjoyed a good laugh. She was always there to make another person smile or lighten their load. --May God's Comfort and Peace be with you all during the difficult days ahead. ~~Very Sincerely, Patsy

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. McGrath's passing. I knew her only as a patient in the hospital and I have to say she was one lovely, sweet, kind, gentle and giving lady. When I went in to clean her room she offered me a candy. I will always remember her smile and her giving ways. I always asked Leonard how she was doing when I saw him. God has taken another angel with home. Darlene Williams
