Passed peacefully away in the arms of her loving family at Placentia Health Centre, Addie Bennett aged 73 years. Pre-deceased by son Randy, grandson Jeremy, parents Joseph and Mary Coady, brothers Mike, Tom, Pat, Tony and sister Mary. Left to mourn, her devoted husband of 56 years, Peter, sons Pat (Marilyn), Joe (Kim), Glenn (Joan), Rick (Jennifer) and daughter Sheri (Marc Lanctot) and daughter-in-law Caroline. Also leaving behind sister-in-laws Alice and Betty Coady. Grandchildren Shannon (Alan Dempsey), Owen, Jack, Josh, Cassie, Rachel, Rebecca, Renee, Emily and Matthew. Also leaving special friends Irene, Derm and Carrie. Thank you to Dr. Mangat and the staff of Placentia Health Centre for the compassion shown to our Mom over the years.Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation Tuesday 2-9pm, Wednesday 2-9pm. Funeral Mass to take place at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia, Thursday May 26, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery at Southeast.
