Obituary of Mary Ellen Traverse

Passed peacefully away at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia in her 93rd year, Mary Ellen Traverse. Predeceased by husband Joseph, son-in-law Carl O'Reilly, parents Jerome and Theresa Collins, brothers Pat, Michael and Ignatius. Leaving to mourn their sad loss her son Emmett (Betty), daughter Theresa, sister Matilda (Frank) Traverse, 6 grandchildren Raymond (Anne), Robbie (Valerie), Dion (Elizabeth), Melissa (Chris), Dawn, Craig (Kristen), 11 great-grandchildren, a very special niece Judy (Derm) Leonard, special friend Frances (Pad) Pearson and a large circle of relatives and friend. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home on Thurs. June 16, 7-9 PM and Friday June 17, 1-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church Placentia on Sat. June 18, at 11 AM. Internment to follow at Coombs Memorial Cemetery. Flowers greatly accepted or donations to a charity of one's choice
