Obituary of Ethel Leonard

Passed away in Ontario on  August 23, 2017 surrounded by her loving family,  Mrs. Ethel Leonard (nee Moore)  at the age 90  from  Labrador City and Meresheen.

Ethel was a quiet spoken, gentle woman of deep faith.  She found great comfort and joy spending time with her family and friends.  Ethel loved giving a helpful hand to those in need.

Predeceased by her husband John,  children Georgina and John, grand daughter Jessica, parents Bridget and Patrick, and her brother Anthony.

She leaves to mourn her children Terry, Jackie (Monty), Fidelis (Bernice), Ben (Linda), Randy (Leanne) and  Clarence (Sheila), grandchildren: Kirk, Duztin, John, Legour, Michael, Bradly & Robyn, great-grandchildren Locklyn & Benjamin,  sister Mary (Glen),  brother Patrick (Nellie), sister in law Lena , a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Monday, August 28, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00.

Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday August 29, 2017 at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia at 10:00 a.m.,  with interment to follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Placentia
