Obituary of James Maxwell Bowering

Bowering, James Maxwell aged 65 years passed peacefully away at his home in Placentia March 22, 2021 in the presence of his loving family. Predeceased by his father Ray Bowering, brother Gary nephew Joshua Hickey, in-laws Jack and Eileen Williams and sister in law Carolann Williams.
Leaving to mourn to his devoted wife of 38 years Linda and his girls Melinda (Trent Goodland) and Kelly. His pride and joy, his four grandchildren, Logan, Ben, Jack and Grace. His mother Frederica, brother Don (Doris) sisters Daphne (Charlie Pittman), Linda (Gerry Power), Valerie (Jerry Hickey), Susan (Wayne Hunt), and Dawn. Brothers in law Danny Williams (Jeanette) John (Melissa), Glen (Michelle), Rob (Annie) and Rodney (Jane). Sisters in law: Jaunita (Jim Hunt), Shelly (Larry Mcgrath) As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, family, friends and his faithful companion Wags.
Dad was avid berry picker, salmon fisherman and jack of all trades but his true love was family in particular his daughters and grandchildren. He ceased every moment as a teachable moment and was always quick to offer a word of wisdom or encouragement, he loved to share his wealth of knowledge.
Special thanks to Dr. Kimberley Babb for her outstanding professionalism and care, to Nicole Richardson and Kelly Culleton for their compassion and guidance during this difficult time. Also special thanks to Shelly Williams and Bill Cochrane whose care love and support was so freely given in not only his final days but throughout the entire difficult journey
