Obituary of Joan Flood

Passed away at her home in Placentia, on Saturday December 9, 2023, Joan Griffiths Flood age 67 of Placentia, formerly of Ship Harbour. Predeceased by Her parents Francis & Angela Power, brother Bill, her first husband Eugene Griffiths, her mother and father-in-law Allan & Elizabeth and brother-in-law Frank. She leaves to mourn with loving memories her loving husband Arthur, her brothers, and sisters: Alex (Jose), Frank (Danielle) Bernadette (Harry, deceased), Agnes (Dave, predeceased) and Angela, a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives including her brothers and sisters in law: George (Pat), Alice (Tim), Betty. Lorraine, Allan (Leone), Florence (Brian), Agatha (Phonse,deceased), Mary (Bobby), Stan (Tammy), and Barb (Dean), and a number of friends, especially Vince Walsh. Visitation will take place on Sunday, December 10 from: 7:00 – 9:00, Monday: 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 & 7:00 – 9:00. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, December 12 at Coombs Memorial Chapel @ 11:00 A.M. Interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast.
