Manning, John Joseph, passed peacefully away at Placentia Health Center on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family who adored him, John Manning, of Cuslett, born December 7, 1925,. Predeceased by father Walter and mother Nora, stepmother Kathleen, brothers Mick, Gerard and Leonard, sister Mary Anne. Left to celebrate his life with many happy and loving memories are wife Nora, sons Jerome, Ted (Debbie), John (Linda), Kenneth, daughters Glenda (Wayne), Gail (Steve), Michelle (Cyril), Sharon, Tammy, twelve precious grandchildren that he adored, two special great grandchildren, brothers Allan (Mary), and Walter (Julia), sister in law Monica, beloved nieces and nephews. John leaves to mourn countless friends, special friend Clarence Coffey, that he made during his life journey as a farmer, a carpenter, a mentor, and the man everyone could depend on. A kind, withy, humble man, he leaves us with inspiration as he always held a genuine aprreciation for life, for hard work, and mostly for those he loved, for 84 years, we have been blessed with his presense and we will hold his memory forever in our hearts. Resting at Sacred Heart Church, St. Brides, Funeral Mass to take place on Friday September 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
